1. Who we are
People Pulse Inc. provides AI-assisted performance and talent management software. For marketing-site inquiries we act as a controller. When we process employee/HR data for a customer under a signed agreement, we act as a processor under that customer’s instructions and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
2. Data we collect
- Contact & inquiry data you submit (name, work email, company, role, message) when requesting a pilot or demo.
- Consent records (timestamp, choice, page URL) when you accept cookies or confirm the privacy notice on forms.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, limited to what is needed to operate and secure the site.
- Cookie preferences stored in your browser (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not read message or email content from your workplace tools on this marketing site. Product connectors (when enabled under a customer agreement) process work metadata only, as described in the product documentation and DPA.
3. Purposes & lawful bases
- Respond to pilot/demo requests — contract / steps prior to contract and/or legitimate interests.
- Operate and secure the website — legitimate interests.
- Non-essential cookies / analytics — only with consent.
- Customer product processing — as set out in the customer agreement and DPA (typically contract / customer’s instructions).
4. Sharing
We use subprocessors for hosting and communications (for example AWS and Netlify for the marketing site; additional subprocessors for the product are listed in our security / DPA materials). We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Inquiry and consent records are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for legal claims or a customer contract. Product data retention and deletion follow the customer DPA and our retention schedule.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Contact privacy@peoplepuls.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms (for example SCCs) in our customer DPA and vendor agreements.
8. Updates
We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
